4. Limitations
In no event shall Well Told Entertainment LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Well Told Entertainment LLC’s Software, even if Well Told Entertainment LLC or a Well Told Entertainment LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Well Told Entertainment LLC’s website and in games could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Well Told Entertainment LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or in games are accurate, complete or current. Well Told Entertainment LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its website or in games at any time without notice. However, Well Told Entertainment LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The exclusive jurisdiction for all claims or causes of actions based on this EULA or arising from the use of the Software shall be in the State of California. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement under which Well Told Entertainment LLC allows you to use the Software. If there are any clauses or provisions in this EULA which may now or in the future be held to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, only those specific terms shall be deemed unenforceable and the remainder of the EULA shall remain in full force and effect.
